Authorization for stay abroad
Scholarship holders who undertake periods of study or research abroad are entitled to an increase in their scholarship. The stay abroad must be authorized:
- by the Course Coordinator for periods of six months or less
- by the Doctoral Board for periods of more than six months
Payments of the scholarship increase are made monthly by the Doctoral Office.
Procedure: The doctoral student, in agreement with the Tutor and the Coordinator, fills in the specific forms and submits them to the Department's Administrative Secretariat, which collects the necessary signatures, registers them, forwards them to the Doctoral Office, and returns the finalized documentation to the doctoral student.
